Our halibut fish and chips are here for the season, and they are worth the trip.
Wild Alaskan halibut at its peak is firm, white, and clean-tasting in a way that frozen fish never quite manages. We give it a light crispy batter and let it do the work: golden outside, flaky inside, served with house-made tartar sauce. Add a bowl of scratch-made chowder and lunch is handled.
This is not a year-round item. When the season ends, it is gone until next year.
