Pike Place Chowder is committed to using locally sourced ingredients, including fresh produce selections that come directly from Pike Place Market, while our creamy chowders feature heavy cream from local dairies in Kent, Washington. Our fresh sourdough bread comes from a local Seattle bakery, and over 90% of our dining materials are fully compostable, reducing waste . Made fresh daily in small batches, our chowders minimize food waste while delivering bold, award-winning flavors.
Our seafood is 100% Certified Sustainable from responsibly managed fisheries to help protect marine ecosystems and preserve fish populations for the future. As partners of The Salish Center for Sustainable Fishing Methods and their Wave Warriors initiative, we are dedicated to protecting local waters despite rapid population growth, rebuilding healthy wild salmon populations, conserving the last 74 Southern Resident Orcas of the Salish Sea, highlighting the power of responsible management and policy.
