Made with Grand Central Bakery Sourdough

We source our bread bowls from Grand Central Bakery, a Pacific Northwest institution that has been making artisan sourdough the right way for decades. Their sourdough has a crackly, golden crust and a pillowy open interior built from a natural starter. It is the right bread for the job, and we wouldn't use anything else.

Filled with Scratch-Made Chowder, Made Fresh Every Morning

Our kitchen starts at 2am so the chowder is ready when the restaurants open. Everything is made from scratch daily, from our nationally celebrated New England Clam Chowder to rotating Pacific Northwest varieties. No shortcuts, no reheated bases. Just real chowder in a real bread bowl, the way it should be.
