  • We currently have two Seattle locations: Pike Place Market (Post Alley) which is our lively, flagship location. Pacific Place (4th floor): A convenient downtown spot near the Seattle Convention Center, perfect for relaxing and offers an expanded seafood menu, plenty of seating indoors, and a daily happy hour from 4-6 PM.   • Our Manhattan Chowder is gluten-free and our Lime & Coconut chowder is Vegan & Gluten Free. Our Sourdough bread bowl and sliced bread are both vegan. Ordering, Catering & Delivery

  • You can place an order via our website or by downloading the Pike Place Chowder app. We’re unable to offer restaurant seating for online orders but you are welcome to enjoy your meal at one of Pike Place Market’s scenic public seating options or head to our wonderful neighbors at Rachel’s Ginger Beer and The Taproom (both kid-friendly) and purchase their delicious drinks for your party!   • At our Pike Place Market location, you can pick-up your order at our back kitchen - just head inside through the double doors, walk past the restaurant, and down the hallway. At Pacific Place, head to the check-out counter and we will hand it to you.

Dining & Seating

  • We have limited seating at our Pike Place Market location. You’re welcome to enjoy it at one of Pike Place Market’s scenic public seating options, especially down by the Waterfront for gorgeous views. Or, head to our wonderful neighbors at Rachel’s Ginger Beer or The Taproom (both kid-friendly) and purchase their delicious drinks for your party!   • No, we’re a first-come, first-served spot—no reservations needed. Lines move quickly, and we promise it’s worth the wait! You can order online for faster pickup or book catering for your group. Cater your event →

  • Absolutely - dogs are part of the family! Outdoor seating is dog-friendly and pet-friendly, and we have treats at the checkout counter.

  • Yes! We can pack your frozen quarts for you in a box with ice packs in-store for $11. Required to go in your checked luggage. For frozen quarts ONLY.

  • Orders are packed fresh and shipped overnight with ice packs to ensure your chowder arrives chilled. Ship now →

  • Frozen chowder can last in the travel pack for up to 24 hours and can be refrigerated up to five days. After five days, it can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Follow the heating instructions carefully that each delivery comes with.

  • Yes—Goldbelly sends a tracking link once your order ships so you can watch your chowder make its way from Seattle to your doorstep.
