Maine Lobster. Two Styles.

We serve our Lobster Roll two ways. Connecticut style, warm and finished in butter for a rich, indulgent bite. Maine style, chilled with mayo, celery, and a squeeze of lemon juice for something clean, bright, and classic.

Both are made with the same quality Maine Lobster and a light touch with herbs and spices that lets the lobster speak for itself. Most places in Seattle commit to one style. We think you should get to choose.

It Starts With the Bread

Most lobster rolls in Seattle are let down by the bun. Ours starts with a scratch-made brioche from Grand Central Bakery, one of Seattle's most beloved local bakeries. Fluffy, buttery, light, and flaky, it is the kind of bread that makes everything inside it taste better. Built to hold without overwhelming, it is the foundation that sets our lobster roll apart before you even get to the lobster.

Available at Both Seattle Locations

The Maine Lobster Roll is available daily at both our Pike Place Market and Pacific Place locations. Whether you are exploring the Market or looking for a quick downtown Seattle lunch, the same quality and the same Grand Central Bakery brioche is waiting for you at either location.

From the Most Awarded Chowder Restaurant in Seattle

Pike Place Chowder has won 17 national first-place titles and was named Yelp's Most Popular Dish in America. The same scratch-made standards and Pacific Northwest sourcing that built that reputation go into every lobster roll we serve. When we say no shortcuts, we mean it across everything on the menu.
