Crispy Fried Washington Oysters
Local Washington oysters, lightly battered and fried golden, served with house-made tartar and cocktail sauces, a lemon wedge, and fries. Simple on the surface, exceptional in the details. The same no-shortcuts approach that built our reputation for the best chowder in America goes into every plate we serve.

What Makes It Worth Coming Back For
Most fried oysters start with whatever is cheapest and available. Ours start with local Washington oysters and fried to order. The batter is light enough to let the oyster come through. Both the tartar and cocktail sauces are made from scratch in our kitchen - the tartar creamy and bright, the cocktail with the heat and depth you want alongside something fresh from the fryer.
Seattle's Most Awarded Chowder
17 national first-place titles. Scratch-made at 2am every morning. Served with fresh sourdough from Grand Central Bakery. This is the bowl Seattle runs on.
