At our Pike Place Market location, you can pick-up your order at our back kitchen - just head inside through the double doors, walk past the restaurant, and down the hallway. Look for the stanchion to the right of the yellow gate.

At Pacific Place, head to the check-out counter and we will hand it to you.

If you contact us before your order is prepared, we’re happy to cancel it at no charge. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the pending charge to reverse.

Once an order has been prepared, we’re unable to cancel or refund it. Our two locations are close by about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive apart and we’re always glad to help direct you to the correct location.

Frozen chowder can last in the travel pack for up to 24 hours and can be refrigerated up to five days. After five days, it can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Follow the heating instructions carefully that each delivery comes with.
